Hey, my name's Tj Catabay.
I am a newly graduated student from UC San Diego, achieving a B.S. in Cognitive Science with a Specialization in Design & Interaction, along with a minor in Marketing. I am eager to pursue work in UI/UX design and to exceed user needs through clean and functional user experiences.
Previously, as a UX Design Intern at Settlyfe Inc. and a Graphic Design Intern at Bridge the Gap San Diego, I gained valuable experience collaborating with teams to create user-centered design solutions. These opportunities strengthened my passion for design and problem-solving through creating meaningful user experiences.
When I’m not designing, you can probably find me somewhere surrounded by music! Whether that’s DJing a set, producing new music, or dancing on and off the stage. Music has always been my biggest source of joy and inspiration, shaping the way I approach both life and design.
