Hey, my name's Tj Catabay.
I'm currently a fourth-year student at UC San Diego, pursuing a B.S. in Cognitive Science with a Specialization in Design & Interaction, along with a minor in Marketing. I am eager to pursue work in UI/UX design and to exceed user needs through beautifully crafted user experiences.
Throughout my time at UC San Diego, I have gained valuable experience collaborating with other like-minded team members and have found design to not only be my career but also my passion. Finding solutions to complex problems to help users have better experiences is something I enjoy and think of as beautiful.
When I’m not designing, you can probably find me somewhere surrounded by music! Whether that’s DJing a set, producing new music, or dancing on and off the stage. Music has always been my biggest source of joy and inspiration, shaping the way I approach both life and design.
